Peer sharing in pension administration
By Yvette van Velsen
The Peer Intelligence Network ("PIN") is an online platform enabling collaboration among pension administration professionals around the world.
It’s a space to ask questions and learn from peer best practice examples, but there is much more to discover. If you haven't explored the full spectrum of what the PIN offers, here's a quick snapshot:
Did you know...
- You have access to a peer-to-peer network "the PIN" as part of your Investment or Pension Administration Benchmarking Subscription
- The PIN has been around since the early 2000s
- More than 100 plans globally (over 1,400 active accounts) utilize the PIN
- You can ask peers about operational challenges and receive help from colleagues around the world
- Subscribers to our investment benchmarking subscription now have their own access to the PIN, including DB, DC and CIEBA clients, with information on data standards and CEM reporting
- You can access a library that includes:
-
- Proprietary research on pension admin topics;
- All presentations from CEM conferences, past and present;
- Recordings of our webcasts;
- Questions raised and answered by other funds, including some recent examples:
1. What the future of work looks like for staff at a US-based fund *links available to current subscribers
2. Sharing on how to approach the disability recertification process
3. Polled feedback: your strategy regarding cloud and cloud-based applications
4. Learn how a Canadian fund utilizes a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) program
5. How to handle administrative fees in your DC survey
